Top Tips for Women Leaders

  1. Spend time understanding who you really are and what’s important to you.  Work on increasing your self-awareness, what makes you tick and recognising your strengths.
  2. Be reassured that self-doubt affects all of us at times, help yourself by not comparing yourself to others and work on developing your own self-belief.
  3. Recognise that balance is very tricky, think about how you integrate the different aspects of your life instead.
  4. Learn to ask for help and how to be a brilliant delegator – at home and at work.
  5. Put yourself out there at work, be visible, show people just how good you are.
  6. Know what helps you be resilient in tough times and do it, whether that be practicing yoga, going for a bike ride or spending time on your own.
